Release Kanu IMMEDIATELY-High Court Orders DSS

The Federal High Court,Abuja, in its sitting today has ordered for the immediate and unconditional  release of the detained Director Of Radio Biafra, Nnamani kanu.

Justice Ademola Adeniyi, in his ruling on the fundamental right enforcement suit lodged before the high court, said there was no basis for the Biafra agitator to remain in detention since there is no charge pending against him.

Court Rescues Dasuki,Orders DSS To Release Him

The Department of state services ,DSS ,has been ordered to allow Ex- National security adviser,Retired Colonel Sambo Dasuki to travel abroad for medical treatment.
