Election tribunals all over the country have decided more than two petitions filed before it, challenging the April 11, 2015 elections.
More drama ensued today as the The National and State House of Assembly Tribunals for Rivers state delivered judgment on petitions involving the state lawmakers on Monday, October 26.
In it's judgment, the election of 10 state house of assembly members were nullified which implies that a rerun will take place.
The National and state Assemlies election petition tribunal sitting in Abia state also nullified the election of Emeka Nnamani of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA)
However, the governorship election petitions tribunal in Plateau state upheld the election of Gov. Simon Lalong of the All Progreesive Congress (APC).
The governorship election tribunal in Delta state also upheld the election of Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa of the People's Democratic Party (PDP).
