Metuh, had been under detention after his arrest by four operatives of the anti-graft agency from his Abuja home on January 5 over alleged N400 million fraud.
The charge marked FHC/ABJ/CR/05/2016, was signed by the Assistant Director, Legal & Prosecution Department of the EFCC, Mr. Sylvanus Tahir.
He was granted bail in the sum of N300m and two sureties in like sum by a Federal High Court in Abuju on Friday, January 22, but was remanded in prison pending his fulfillment of the bail conditions.
Haven satisfied the bail conditions, he has been allowed to go home after spending days in jail.
