Madam Ogere Siasia, the mother of Nigeria U-23 dream team, Samson Siasia, has been kidnapped.
The aged woman was reportedly kidnapped from her house in Odoni village, Saghama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State by yet-to-be-identified gunmen in the early hours of the day when most of the residents were asleep.
According to sources, the kidnappers stormed the elderly lady's residence in the early hours of the day, forced their way through the back door and abducted her at gun point. The husband who was present at the scene pleaded with the gunmen to have her released but his pleas proved abortive as she was dragged away on a motorcycle.
The matter has been reported to the Police but the issue remains unsolved as details of the Kidnappers and their whereabouts remain unclear.
Samson Siasia who is presently in Gambia with the u-23 team has been told about the incident. He expressed his grief and pleaded that the abductors release his mum.
The Kidnappers are at the moment,unknown and are yet to contact the relatives of Madam Siasia.
