Akpabio Stirs Confusion, Denies Being Sacked

Contrary to earlier reports about his sack  from the senate by the appeal court, Akpabio has reacted by debunking the publicised statement in his twitter handle.

It will be recalled that Sahara reporters gave a report about the erstwhile governor of Akwa Ibom being sacked but recent developments have proven the story as false. 

Akpabio's electoral victory was challenged by the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate for Akwa Ibom North-West Senatorial district,Inebehe Okori, the matter was taken to the electoral tribunal who declared Godswill Akpabio winner of the poll.
