Bayelsa Election Update:Controversy Sets In As INEC Announces Nembe LGA Results

The Independent National Electoral Commission has announced the result for Nembe local government area.However, the result did not augur well with the All Progressive Congress Party agent who disagreed with the collated result.


At the moment, Southern Ijaw local government is the only area not yet collated by the electoral body.Party officials and Journalists are still in the collation centre and are eagerly waiting further announcement.

Nembe Election result As announced by INEC:

PDP:10,768
APC:6,974

The PDP presently dominates with 94,980 votes while the APC is behind with 65,620 votes.
