The U-23 Nations cup competition in Senegal comes to an end today as Nigeria and Algeria slug it out in a battle for supremacy.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 8:00 P.m Nigerian time at the Leopold Sedar Senghor Stadium in Dakar ,the capital city of Senegal.

According to the Confederation of African Football (CAF),the game will be officiated by Hamada El Moussa Nampiandraz from Madagascar while Yahaya Mahamadou from Niger and Olivier Safari Kabene from Congo Democratic Republic will serve as Assistant Referees.
Nigeria’s Dream Team and the "Les Fennecs" as the Algerian team are known, played a goalless draw in their group game but the Algerian team emerged group winners on goal difference after both teams ended up with same points (5). Pierre-Andre Schurman is the gaffer of the Algerian team while the Nigerian team is headed by Samson Siasia.
Both teams have qualified for the 2016 Olympics,winning the competition is their ultimate goal.
The host country, Senegal will play its third place finish match against South Africa which is a must win game for either teams to determine the third African nation to represent the continent in the men's football event in the 2016 Olympics in Brazil. The match will begin at 5:00 P.m Nigerian time.
