The court in its verdict, announced that violations to the electoral act during the senatorial election between Godswill Akpabio of the People's Democratic party (PDP) and his political opponent, Inibehe Okori of the All Progressive Congress informed their ruling.
A rerun election in Akwa Ibom state has been scheduled in 90 days.
